Jackie’s Creations – Return & Refund Policy
At Jackie’s Creations, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your tumbler purchase, we offer the following return policy:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The tumbler must be returned in its original condition and packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase and photos of the item may be required to process your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your tumbler arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Resolution Options
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you may choose one of the following:
- A replacement tumbler at no additional cost, or
- A 100% refund of the purchase price
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made tumblers may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.
How to Request a Return
Please contact Jackie’s Creations within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Jackie’s Creations reserves the right to deny return requests submitted more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date.
