- Custom tumbler orders have a turnaround time of 3–4 business days from the date of purchase.
- Turnaround time refers to the time needed to create, process, and prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
Premade Tumblers
- Premade tumblers qualify for next business day shipping after purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.
Shipping Information
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if applicable.
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
- Jackie’s Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Jackie’s Creations is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
